At Kartpol Group, a member of the Plast-Box Group, this year has seen major technological investments and an expansion of the product portfolio. The company continues to strengthen its position as a supplier of modern technical packaging, introducing key new products: a new K15 screen-printing line and an innovative addition to its portfolio – a lightweight 290 ml PE cartridge.

The new K15 screen-printing machine represents a technological breakthrough for Kartpol. It enables printing at speeds of up to 110 units per minute, with precise color registration accurate to 0.1 mm. Thanks to an integrated camera inspection system, every piece undergoes quality control, while automated ink feeding ensures continuous operation without downtime. Moreover, the final stage of the process is fully automated – cartridges are packed into cartons, sealed, and labeled with a logistics label. All of this allows Kartpol to deliver complete solutions – from graphic design to a finished, high-quality product.
In parallel with expanding its technological capabilities, the company is implementing a new, lighter PE cartridge with a capacity of 290 ml and a weight of 54 g, offering a viable alternative to the widely used 69 g thick-walled PE cartridge, long regarded as the market standard. This medium-walled white cartridge, despite its lower weight, ensures excellent application properties and optimal emptying when used with Kartpol’s dedicated plunger. Thanks to its well-thought-out design and compatibility with the plunger, it delivers full functionality, meeting the expectations of clients seeking more environmentally friendly solutions without compromising usability. Tests have confirmed its effectiveness in applications involving hybrid adhesives, MS polymers, construction adhesives, and sealants. This provides practical proof that in today’s market, ecology and efficiency can go hand in hand.
In early November, the company is set to launch another product – a polypropylene (PP) cartridge with a capacity of 310 ml and a weight of 38 g. Kartpol Group continues to broaden its portfolio and respond to market needs by introducing packaging with modern design and enhanced functionality.
